Last Updated: September 19th, 2025

Introduction.

AureaBiome LLC (“AureaBiome,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information we may collect from customers, website visitors, and other individuals (“you,” “your”). This Privacy Policy applies to data collected by AureaBiome through your use of our websites at https://www.aureabiome.com/ and any affiliated pages that link to this Privacy Policy (each, a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”), and through our interactions with you by email, text, telephone, social media, or other channels. AureaBiome is the data controller of personal information collected through the Sites. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how and with whom we may share it, and what rights you may have. Residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom (“UK”), Switzerland, and residents of certain U.S. states—including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia—should review the sections below regarding Privacy Rights and Jurisdiction-Specific Notices. Nevada and Washington residents should also consult any Consumer Health Data disclosures we may provide. Certain AureaBiome offerings may have additional or different privacy notices that apply, which will be presented when relevant. By using the Sites, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Sites.

Personal Information We Collect.

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to you. This includes identifiers and contact details (such as name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses), commercial information (such as products viewed or purchased and order history), payment-related information processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers), and communications you send to us (such as customer support requests, reviews, or survey responses). If you subscribe to communications or participate in promotions, quizzes, or sampling programs, we collect the information you submit, which may include preference data. We also collect certain information automatically when you use the Sites, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language settings, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and general location derived from your IP address. We utilize cookies, pixels, tags, log files, SDKs, and similar technologies for analytics, personalization, and advertising; our partners (for example, analytics and advertising providers) may set and read these technologies on our Sites subject to your choices. We may receive information about you from service providers (for example, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, fraud-prevention services), from advertising and social media partners when you interact with our content, and from publicly available sources consistent with law.

Why We Collect Personal Information and How We Use It.

We use personal information to operate, secure, and improve the Sites; to process, fulfill, and deliver your orders; to authenticate you; to provide customer service and respond to inquiries; to send administrative notices (such as order confirmations, updates, and policy changes); to provide marketing communications and offers where permitted by law and your preferences; to personalize content and measure campaign performance; to conduct research, analytics, quality assurance, and product development; to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of our terms; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including FTC advertising standards and FDA rules applicable to dietary supplements) and to exercise or defend legal claims. When required, we will obtain your consent—for example, for certain cookies, targeted advertising, or processing of sensitive data you voluntarily provide.

Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK/Switzerland).

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, our processing is based on one or more of the following: your consent (for example, for certain marketing or cookies); performance of a contract (to fulfill purchases and provide the Sites); compliance with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements); and our legitimate interests (including securing the Sites, improving products and services, preventing fraud, and communicating with you about your relationship with us), balanced against your rights and expectations.

How We Share Information.

We may disclose information to service providers and vendors who process data on our behalf for business purposes such as website hosting, IT and security, analytics, payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, communications, and advertising support; these parties are contractually restricted from using personal information for purposes other than providing services to us. We may disclose information to analytics, measurement, and advertising partners to support interest-based advertising and to understand and improve performance; under some state laws this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing”/“targeted advertising.” We may disclose data within our corporate structure in the ordinary course of business. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; to enforce our terms and policies; to protect the rights, property, or safety of AureaBiome, our customers, or the public; or in connection with corporate transactions (such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets), where permitted by law and subject to appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and Similar Technologies.

We use cookies and similar tools to enable core functionality, remember preferences, improve performance, understand how users interact with the Sites, and deliver and measure advertising. You can manage cookies through browser settings and, where available, through cookie banners or consent tools on our Sites. Some choices rely on cookies to persist your preferences, so if you clear cookies you may need to reapply choices. Blocking certain cookies may impact Site functionality. Where legally required, we honor Global Privacy Control signals for opt-out preferences related to sales/sharing or targeted advertising.

Retention.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Sites and services, supporting business operations, complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the category of data, the sensitivity of the information, and our legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it, or if deletion is not feasible, we will securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Security.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

Children's Privacy.

The Sites are intended for adults only and are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at info@aureabiome.com and we will promptly delete it.

International Users and Cross-Border Transfers.

We currently sell in the United States only; however, your information may be processed in, transferred to, or stored in the United States and other jurisdictions with data-protection laws that may differ from those in your location. By using the Sites, you acknowledge these transfers. Where applicable law requires specific transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), we will implement them.

Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Laws).

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information; to obtain a portable copy of certain information; to opt out of the sale of personal information and of “sharing”/“targeted advertising”; to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. You may submit requests by emailing info@aureabiome.com or calling 727-425-5033. We will take steps to verify your identity and residence before fulfilling requests, which may require matching information you provide with data we maintain. If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal by replying to our decision notice with “Appeal” in the subject line; we will provide further instructions as required by your state law. Where relevant, you may also opt out of sales/sharing/targeted advertising via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (if provided on the Site) and through Global Privacy Control signals supported by your browser.

EEA/UK/Swiss Rights.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal information; to object to processing based on legitimate interests (including profiling for direct marketing); to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to data portability. You may exercise these rights by contacting info@aureabiome.com . You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We will respond within the timelines required by law and will explain if legal obligations limit our ability to comply fully with your request.

Email, Text, and Marketing Preferences.

We may send you transactional communications related to your orders or account, and marketing communications where permitted by law and your preferences. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us at info@aureabiome.com . For SMS, you may reply STOP to opt out. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may continue to send non-marketing messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, or legal notices.

Third-Party Links and Services.

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and their practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of every site you visit and service you use.

Sensitive and Consumer Health Data.

We do not require health information to make a purchase. If you voluntarily include health-related information in a communication with us (for example, in a general product inquiry), we are not able to acknowledge, evaluate, rely upon, or respond to that health-related information. Any response we provide will be general in nature and will not be based on or informed by health-related details you choose to include. Certain states (including Nevada and Washington) have laws addressing consumer health data; where applicable, we will provide additional notices or honor applicable rights under those laws. Please contact info@aureabiome.com for questions.

FDA/FTC Context for Supplements.

As a dietary supplement company, we follow applicable FDA labeling and marketing rules and the FTC’s advertising standards. Our processing and retention of records may reflect those obligations (for example, maintaining records related to orders, quality, and customer inquiries).

Business Transfers.

We may disclose or transfer personal information as part of, or during negotiations of, any reorganization, formation of a related entity, financing, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, divestiture, or similar corporate transaction. Personal information is often one of the business assets transferred in such events. If ownership or control of all or part of AureaBiome or our assets changes, the successor will receive the information and assume the rights and obligations described in this Privacy Policy, and we will provide any notices or choices required by law. Recipients will be required to protect the information and use it only for the purposes of completing the transaction and operating the business thereafter in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top and, when required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Sites after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Cookie Policy (Summary).

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember your settings, analyze traffic, and deliver and measure advertising. Essential cookies are necessary for the Sites to function. Functional and performance cookies help us improve the Sites and understand usage. Analytics cookies help us evaluate and enhance our content and services. Advertising cookies and pixels may be used to deliver more relevant ads and measure their effectiveness; under some U.S. state laws, this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing”/“targeted advertising.” You can manage cookies in your browser settings and, where provided, through our on-site cookie tools. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. To opt out of certain analytics, you may use tools offered by providers (for example, Google’s opt-out add-on). We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
